Americana is a spacious four-story beach home located in the Bella Beach community near Lincoln City on the Oregon Coast, just steps from beach access and the neighborhood green.
Designed for family gatherings and coastal getaways, the home offers comfortable living spaces, multiple decks, and thoughtful amenities that make it easy to relax and enjoy time together.
The main level features an open living area with cozy beach-cottage furnishings, pine wood floors, a fireplace, and a large Smart TV with Roku for streaming movies and shows. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large dining table, center island, and everything needed for cooking family meals after a day at the beach.
Americana comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests with four bedrooms plus a loft.
The upper level also includes a game area with a foosball table, card table, and a deck with a peek of the ocean.

This house is amazing! We had 2 families, 4 adults and 7 children. We had plenty of space and the house was so comfy and cute! The beach access is just steps from the house, so the kids were able to go back and forth to the beach! The hot tub was also a big hit! I would highly recommend this property, and we would love to go back! Bella Beach is a hidden gem.

This is the best in house Bella Beach; we looked at it every time we stayed in Bella Beach and finally decided to rent it! What a pleasant surprise, the home is very spacious even for a family of 12, each person had their own bed and no pull-outs, the hot tub room is amazing for watching the stars at night, my Mom and Dad took the Paris suite and raved about how quiet and peaceful it was for them. The kids loved the loft, I loved the kitchen as I love to cook and it has everything and loved the quality stainless steel appliances! This is now our summer home away from home on the Oregon Coast!

There are no words, nor are there pictures that could capture the tremendous peace we have felt here. We have made memories that will last a life time. What a lovely home…& it is a “home”. We all spend a good portion of our time admiring the house – the cool yellow and blue walls, the studio off the garage, the fluffy red rug in front of the fireplace, and the decks off the bedrooms (to name a few of our favorites). What can I say? We had a marvelous time visiting the land of fairies at night time in the upper reaches of “the house”. Our kids road their bikes (i.e. your bikes) around and around. This war weary mommy took TWO, I say two naps a day on your second story porch!! We played games, ate and ate and played and slept. Kids loved the hot tub! The Ladies. This was the perfect house for the “Ya Ya” sisters to have their retreat! We are a group of nine woman who have been friends for over 20 years. This house was a beautiful place for us to laugh, sing, eat, chat, play games, and go for walks and enjoy the magnificent crashing ocean. We really appreciate that all the TV’s are covered with lovely cupboard doors, because we had no use for them (but it was nice to know that we could watch a movie if we wanted to!). It was easy to be happy in this house with the creamy yellow walls and the sound of the ocean out the windows.

Beautiful house – I can’t lie, I just love the looks of the place! We have enjoyed our stay so much. The outside hot tub room and outside shower have been a big hit- I don’t know who liked it more the kids or adults! Thank you for the king bed, bikes, air-hockey table, surround sound – I feel right at home. There are too many extras to list, thanks for thinking of them all!
