It’s never too early to start planning your perfect family vacation, and the Americana home is the ideal spot for making lifelong memories. This classic Americana-style beach home offers four stories of spacious, thoughtfully designed living—just steps from the stunning Oregon Coast.

From the moment you arrive, the home welcomes you with its southern exposure, white-railed staircase, and large front deck complete with benches, a porch swing, and a café table. Inside, you’ll find cozy beach-cottage furnishings, an open-concept layout, a fireplace, and a large smart TV with Roku, allowing everyone to stream their favorite movies. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large dining table, center island, and everything needed for even the most discerning cooks. All you need to do is pack up the family and get ready for a relaxing coastal escape.

The home features five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a third-story loft with two twin beds. On the first floor, you’ll find the main living area, kitchen, dining space, half bath, laundry room, and access to the grilling deck. The second floor includes three bedrooms: a spacious master suite with a king bed, private bath, and its own large deck, to complete this floor there are two additional queen bedrooms—one of which features a convenient continental bath. Head up to the top floor and discover another queen bedroom, a spacious loft area with twin beds, a Foosball table, card table, and a deck with a peek of the ocean. On the lower level is the Paris Suite, the second master with its own private entrance, king bed, fireplace, full bath, kitchenette, and a deck overlooking the lush greenery and blooming escallonias.

Americana comfortably accommodates twelve guests and offers plenty of space and privacy, making it perfect for a family fun cottage or a peaceful coastal retreat. This house is amazing! We had 2 families, 4 adults and 7 teenage boys. We had plenty of space and the house was so comfy and cute! The beach access is just down the road so the boys were able to go back and forth to the beach! The hot tub was also a big hit! I would highly recommend this property and we would love to go back!

This is the best in house Bella Beach, we looked at it every time we stayed in Bella Beach and finally decided to rent it! What a pleasant surprise, the home is very spacious even for a family of 12, each person had their own bed and no pull-outs, the hot tub room is amazing for watching the stars at night, my Mom and Dad took the Paris suite and raved about how quiet and peaceful it was for them. The Ladies. This was the perfect house for the “Ya Ya” sisters to have their retreat! We are a group of nine woman who have been friends for over 20 years. This house was a beautiful place for us to laugh, sing, eat, chat, play games, and go for walks and enjoy the magnificent crashing ocean. We really appreciate that all the TV’s are covered with lovely cupboard doors, because we had no use for them (but it was nice to know that we could watch a movie if we wanted to!). It was easy to be happy in this house with the creamy yellow walls and the sound of the ocean out the windows. Thank you for renting this place to us so we could share our treasured friendship.

The outside hot tub room and outside shower have been a big hit- I don’t know who liked it more the kids or adults!
