Every Sunday a remarkable transformation takes place at the Lincoln City Cultural Center. Booths containing everything from fresh cut flowers to caramel corn to leather wallets take up residence in the grass.  The parking lot attendant begins to help folks find a place to park and visitors begin to gather some great finds and listen to good music.
