Spring/Fall: $325nightly/$1950 weekly
Winter: $275 nightly/$1650weekly
Most Holidays/Spring Break: $495 nightly, three night minimum
Independence Day: $750 nightly, four night minimum 

Cleaning Fee: $185/$195 w/pet
Processing Fee: 3.5%
Lodging Tax: 10% county, 1.5% state
Pet Friendly Home: add $25/night for dogs

You will love the extra space and serenity of this Americana-style home with its pine flooring expansive decks multiple bedrooms, outside shower and outside hot tub room. This house is amazing! We had 2 families, 4 adults and 7 teenage boys. We had plenty of space and the house was so comfy and cute! The beach access is just down the road so the boys were able to go back and forth to the beach! The hot tub was also a big hit! I would highly recommend this property and we would love to go back!

This is the best in house Bella Beach, we looked at it every time we stayed in Bella Beach and finally decided to rent it! What a pleasant surprise, the home is very spacious even for a family of 12, each person had their own bed and no pull-outs, the hot tub room is amazing for watching the stars at night, my Mom and Dad took the Paris suite and raved about how quiet and peaceful it was for them. The kids loved the loft, I loved the kitchen as I love to cook and it has everything and loved the quality stainless steal appliances! This is now our summer home away from home! Thank you again

We all spend a good portion of our time admiring the house – the cool yellow and blue walls, the studio off the garage, the fluffy red rug in front of the fireplace, and the decks off the bedrooms (to name a few of our favorites). What can I say? We had a marvelous time visiting the land of fairies at night time in the upper reaches of “the house”. Our kids road their bikes (i.e. your bikes) around and around. This war weary mommy took TWO, I say two naps a day on your second story porch!! We played games, ate and ate and played and slept. Kids loved the hot tub! Mom and Dad loved starry nights and wind blown gables!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. Brought the kids to the coast while our daddies were hunting. Great escape and Bella Beach is a fun place. The kids loved the air-hockey table – we are thinking we need the “snuggly red rug” in front of the fireplace and the silverware for our kitchen. We are happy that we found your place – we will be back.
The Ladies. This was the perfect house for the “Ya Ya” sisters to have their retreat! We are a group of nine woman who have been friends for over 20 years. This house was a beautiful place for us to laugh, sing, eat, chat, play games, and go for walks and enjoy the magnificent crashing ocean. We really appreciate that all the TV’s are covered with lovely cupboard doors, because we had no use for them (but it was nice to know that we could watch a movie if we wanted to!). It was easy to be happy in this house with the creamy yellow walls and the sound of the ocean out the windows. Thank you for renting this place to us so we could share our treasured friendship.
Beautiful house – I can’t lie, I just love the looks of the place! We have enjoyed our stay so much. The outside hot tub room and outside shower have been a big hit- I don’t know who liked it more the kids or adults!
