Come visit this hidden jewel along the Siletz Bay.

“Ebb and Flow” is located on Siletz Bay where ocean and river mingle creating a dynamic and diverse, environment. Twice each day, Siletz Bay’s estuary is the stage for a slow, stately drama influenced by the moon, the sun, the wind, and the rain. Flowing channels, branching and winding across the broad sandflats, are filled with incoming ocean waters. As the bay fills, the rising tide spreads slowly across the Siletz Bay. The ever-deepening waters lift the eelgrass, fill the countless burrows, and creep into tiny channels that penetrate the salt marshes. Finally, the waters surge upstream to the edge of the forest and gently lift trailing branches of rhododendron and cedar. The Siletz Bay estuary is full.

For a moment, the drama pauses. Then as the earth turns, the ocean’s push becomes a pull, and the waters of the Siletz Bay estuary recede. Before long, logs at the edge of the salt marsh are grounded on the sand, the eelgrass lies limp and flat, and tiny creatures are stranded in isolated pools of water warming in the sun. Red tailed hawks, bald eagles, and other raptors are seen roosting and a variety of estuarine dependant birds including great blue heron, great egret and many species of waterfowl are foraging in the tidally influenced waters. But in a short time, the cycle will begin again….

Ebb and Flow is conveniently located in Lincoln City on the Siletz Bay within easy reach of two golf courses, bay front seafood restaurants such as Mo’s, the Bay House Restaurant, and the Salishan Wine Cellar plus Chinook Winds Casino, Lincoln City’s Factory Stores and Depoe Bay. If you like Neskowin, Manzanita, Cannon Beach and Gearheart you’ll like the central location of Ebb and Flow.

The best family vacation ever.

Going on any family vacation always has me in a ball of nerves before we leave home. Will everyone get along? Will everyone be bored? What do we cook so that there are zero complaints? Did we pack everything? I was BLOWN away by how amazing our trip was. Ebb and Flow was literally a perfect home for the 11 of us. The kids were able to play on the beach all day. Catching all sorts of interesting creatures and playing in the sand. I love that this home is on the bay. You can hear the ocean in the distance, but there is no concern of the children being washed away with a wave. It allowed for us adults to relax and enjoy the calmness that this home provided. The beach along the bay was a wonderful landscape for a nice 1.75 mile run. The kids loved the air hockey and PingPong table. I loved the kayaks! I haven’t kayaked in about 15 years. I was so excited to go again. We left the home feeling amazing. It made going back to reality at home difficult. Thank you for the clean and lovely home. We hope to be back!!

“Kayaks and Crab Traps were a Hit”

Love the beach and the location, big beds and cool decorations. very peaceful. We caught 5 crabs and kayaked every day.

We had a wonderful time again this year. The family had a blast flying kites and shopping at the outlet mall, the boys had fun crabbing. We will be back again next year. Thanks again for another fun stay.

One word to describe, AMAZING!!! We all had a wonderful time, with hanging out on the beach, riding ATV’s, going to the park, hot tubing, riding bikes, ping pong and getting together. We all really enjoyed our stay.

“How nice it was to get away and relax! The hot tub was the best we’ve ever used. The king bed was so comfortable – never wanted to get out! We watched movies, read, played games, cooked good food and hot-tubed. Very relaxing and enjoyable.

Thank you! Scott & Peggy Collin

We truly enjoyed your lovely home – thank you! The view and privacy can’t be beat! And the house was fully furnished with everything we could possible want or need. The décor was beautiful. My favorite was the nice bedding – not normal in a rental home!”

The Tower Family

What a beautiful bay! Our first night was a stormy one and we awoke to a beautiful sunny day! I love the deck and beach grass and all the driftwood. The views are incredible from every room. The tide is high now and I’m watching a group of men rigging sails and kiteboarding – what a surprise to have front row seats!

Hi Lisa ~ I meant to write you sooner, but wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed the stay at your house. The place is awesome! The photos don’t do it justice. The kids had a wonderful time on the beach, and my oldest and I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings very much (yes, even with the kids). Being able to just let the kids go out and play without fear of a wave washing them away was very comforting.

Thanks for letting me and my quirky family borrow your home; I hope you will let us stay again soon. I already miss it.

Best regards, Guy DeLude

Hi Lisa ~ What a surprise to find a quality home like this with such amazing views, it was also nice to have everything we needed at our fingertips – including the high speed internet. Our kids played in the sand, hot tubbed, build forts in the large driftwood and looked for baby crabs under the rocks. This was a family vacation to remember…We’ll be back next year!

Again thanks so much for being such a great vacation organization. We look forward to another trip to your beautiful home!

Rita, Sam and family, Boise Idaho

Dear Lisa ~ Thank you for your nice letter of appreciation for our visit to your Ebb and Flow property. We did enjoy our stay, it is a beautiful home and a wonderful location. We especially appreciated all the very nice amenities, decorating and many extra small comforts that made us feel very comfortable while there and we now want to come back. I just wish that you had a property that would accommodate more guests. (Bella Beach Vacations Rentals has added that property and it’s called Ebb Tide located next to Ebb and Flow and it accommodates 14! – add that with Ebb and Flow for a total of 25 family members…)This year our reunion was small, but next year it could be 25 people more or less. Please let me know if you acquire a beach front property that could accommodate this size group. We just all want to be together.
